When I just started blogging I didn’t know much about blogging. I never followed blogs and I actually didn’t really know anything about it. Still, I’ve got told a couple of things about blogging. Blog secrets

You need time to blog

This is really the number one thing no one told me about blogging. At the begin (when I wrote short blog posts) no one told me that you need a lot of time to blog. If someone told me that, then I think I wouldn’t even start with blogging. Time doesn’t mean much for me, but probably because I thought I couldn’t deliver the quality which I wanted to deliver, I would quit. I was and am very perfectionistic and I wanted everything to be perfect. I love blogging so much now and that time is definitely worth it.

You can’t take pictures all day long

Especially in the winter, I struggle a lot with this. It gets dark very soon and after four o’clock I can’t make any pictures anymore. It is really dark then and I don’t like shadows or other dark spots in my pictures.

You can’t wear pajamas on Sunday all day long

I sometimes give as an argument to not start with Youtube, that I need to get out of my pajama on Sunday. Well, that is the case with blogging as well. I need to dress up and I also need to do my make-up. Well, sometimes I am really too lazy for that.

You get inspiration while standing under the shower

Maybe I am the only one, but when I stand under the shower, I get a lot of ideas. I call this my golden shower moment. I get a lot of ideas under the shower and sometimes I even write concepts for articles.

Blogging becomes a part of your life

Day and night I am busy with blogging. In my breaks I promote my blog fast and with everything I do and see, I think I can make a blog post about that. I get a lot of inspiration from everything and blogging is really a part of my life.

You meet a lot of nice people

For a pretty long time, I am in a very nice blog group and I’ve definitely met a couple of nice bloggers. We have met a couple of times and that’s going to happen more in the future.
