Blogging in English? Improve your writing skills like this!

I’ve been blogging in English for a long time and it’s really the best choice I’ve ever made. Yet I don’t do this alone. I use a great program that really helps me to improve my writing skills. My writing skills have definitely changed a lot since I started using this program and I recommend it completely. This program is also completely free and therefore definitely worth a try. Curious about this program? Then read this blog.

In advance, I have to say I still make a lot of mistakes. No, my texts aren’t flawless and therefore not perfect. The program that I am going to talk about doesn’t ensure that your texts are completely flawless, but at least, it helps you a lot.

Blogging in English with Grammarly

The program I am talking about is Grammarly. Grammarly is a program which improves your writing skills. Grammarly has a browser extension which corrects hundreds of errors. It checks the genre-specific writing style, it suggests vocabulary enhancement and it gives advanced checks for punctuation, grammar, context and sentence structure. Grammarly checks a lot and is a big recommendation when you need to write an English essay or if you blog in English.

You have a free and a paid version of Grammarly. The difference between the free and paid version is that the paid version checks twice as more than the free version. Also, the paid version has a plagiarism detector that checks more than 8 billion web pages. Besides that, the paid version gives you vocabulary enhancement suggestions, advanced checks for punctuation, grammar, context and structure and as for last it has a genre-specific writing style checks. Very handy if you need to write an important essay in English. The paid version of Grammarly costs 10 euros each month and I am thinking about using the paid version as well. Currently, I use the free version and it really helps me by writing my blog posts and essays.

Are you going to use Grammarly as well?
