Saving time. I notice a lot of people think that time management is really hard. I also think it’s quite hard. It’s hard to make a good plan for my day. Sometimes I stare for hours at my computer screen, without knowing what I actually do. I could write a blog post very easily at that time, but I just don’t do it. I don’t do it because I don’t know where to start. For me, a plan works really well, but I’ve never found a good plan to use for my blog…
Saving time
For example, I don’t finish school at the same time every day, and I don’t immediately start promoting my blog. I think it is very hard to find a good balance between relaxing and also working on my blog. It needs to stay fun of course, and I don’t want to feel forced, but sometimes this is a bit hard.
Yesterday, while lying bed, I came up with a really nice idea which I wanted to share with you. Normal plans don’t really work for me. I see the boxes staring at me and I just don’t do anything. I wanted specific times and specific goals which I need to achieve. For example, I always set a goal for myself which I need to achieve at the end of the week. This week I had a goal for writing ten articles so I can plan things forward. With beauty articles, this is pretty hard, so I just don’t do that.
Printable
After I have thought about it for a long time, I thought it was a good idea to make a printable. In this printable, I have written down all social media channels which I use. I have also written the days you put a blog post online and also the days you have free time to write a blog post. I have tried to put as many handy things in a printable. Like this, it stays well-arranged and it is always handy to have everything all in one place. Behind every option, I also have a box for the time. Here you can put the times for example. I am going to use this box to promote my blog. After every box for my blog post, I will write the times I want the blog post done. This way I am not going to stare unnecessary to my screen and I will watch the time then.
