Pinterest can send a lot of visitors to your website. But how then? Maybe you’ve been using Pinterest for a while, but you still don’t really know what the best Pinterest strategy is .. Well I can only say one thing about that:
The best Pinterest strategy
Create more new pins of high quality
No, I am not kidding! I am really serious. I see so many Pinterest users re-pin the same pins of themselves to a lot of different group boards and that is unfortunately no longer the way to get visitors to your blog in 2020.
It is important to create new blog posts, new pages, new products, but especially new pins for your new and existing blog posts. Maybe you have a blog post that is already doing very well, but for which you have not made new pins for a while.
Pin for later
For example, I create my pins with Photoshop, which I think is a very nice way. I made a template for my pins in advance and so I can create new pins for my existing blog posts in a few minutes.
And then I have to say. No, not so long ago, I didn’t do this strategy at all. I pinned a lot of the same pins because I simply didn’t know about this. Now I try to make at least 6 pins for each blog post, which I then spread over the rest of the year. In addition, I pin these pins to a maximum of ten boards: personal and group boards.
To schedule these pins, I use Tailwind. This is a very handy tool to schedule your pins for the rest of the week, month or even year. I always schedule my pins, but especially when I know I am going on a holiday or when I am extra busy.
